摘　　要：本文研究了粗制硫酸锌生产硫酸锌的工艺,粗制硫酸锌因含有铜、砷、铁、镉等杂质,且硫酸含量高,导致产品滞销,由粗制硫酸锌精制可产出符合工业级标准的硫酸锌产品。主要考察了中和工艺、氧化除铁砷工艺、置换除铜镉工艺。In this paper, the technology of producing zinc sulfate from crude zinc sulfate was studied, crude zinc sulfate contains copper, arsenic, iron, cadmium and other impurities, and the high content of sulfuric acid, resulting in unsaleable products, refined from crude zinc sulfate can produce industrial-grade zinc sulfate products. The neutralization process, Iron and arsenic removal process by oxidation, removal of copper and cadmium by displacement process were investigated.
