摘 要:使用电阻式应变片对新研发的铁路工务维修小车结构强度进行了测试,以检验小车的承载能力。通过有限元计算,确定了小车应力比较大的点,并以此作为应力测试点,共设置14个应力测点,然后使小车通过曲线、接头、道岔等不同的工况,测得各点的应力值。测试结果表明,在0~20 km/h速度范围内,牵引、制动条件下测点处的应力值均低于110 Mpa限定值,低于材料的屈服极限,小车能够满足运营要求。小车通过过接头、道岔等区域时,轮轨的冲击比较大,造成测试的应力结果出现了较大值,所以在实际作业的时候应防止超速。The resistance strain gauge is used to carry out the field test of the structural strength of the newly developed track maintenance vehicle, so as to check the vehicle bearing capability. Based on the finite element calculation, the point with large stress is determined as the stress test points. Total of 14 stress measuring points are selected. For the vehicle passing through the curve, rail joint and switch sections, the stress state is obtained. The test results indicate that, within the speed range of 0 - 20 km/h, the stress values in test points are less than 110 Mpa in the traction and braking conditions, which means the stress is lower than the material yield limit. The vehicle can satisfy the operating requirements. As it runs in the switch and rail joint, the wheel-rail impact causes larger value of the stress, so over-speed of the vehicle should be prevented.
