摘 要:通过在SIMPACK中建立的动力学模型计算得到三模块有轨电车的动力学性能与转向架位置及车间铰接距离的关系,比较不同情况下车辆通过直线及曲线时的动力学性能。研究结果表明,将MC2、MC1车的转向架向前、向后移动或者减小T车车间前后铰接的距离对车辆通过直线的横向平稳性、垂向平稳性、点头角及通过大半径曲线时的脱轨系数、轮轴横向力、磨耗指数有降低作用,整体上有利于车辆通过直线、大半径曲线时的动力学性能;但会增加车辆通过小半径曲线时的脱轨系数、轮轴横向力及磨耗指数,不利于车辆通过小半径曲线。Through the dynamic model established in SIMPACK, the relationship between the dynamic performance of the three-module tram and the position of the bogie and the articulation distance of the vehicle is obtained, and the dynamic performance of the vehicle when passing through straight lines and curves under different conditions is compared. The research results show that moving the bogies of the MC2 and MC1 cars forwards and backwards or reducing the distance of the articulation of T car will reduce the lateral stability, vertical stability, pitch angle of the vehicle when passing straight lines. At the same time, the derailment coefficient, axle lateral force, and wear index will reduce when passing through a large radius curve, which is generally beneficial to the dynamic performance of the vehicle when passing a straight line and a large radius curve;but it will increase the derailment coefficient when the vehicle passes a small radius curve, which is not conducive to vehicles passing through small radius curves.
