摘  要:针对各种噪声波干扰使得反射声波信号经常淹没在所测数据中造成难以辨认或根本无法辨认的情况,在现有回声仪的基础上,增加小型空压机、气体含量分析仪、自动补液装置等设备,有针对性的改进测试工艺和仪器,研制出一套适应低套压生产井的动液面测试工艺和测试方法;设备采用液面波自动识别技术进行液面波识别和液面深度计算,解决了现有技术无法持续监测井下动液面的问题。结果表明,低套压井动液面测试工艺技术填补了胜利油田目前修井作业液面变化数据无法取得的空白,实现对修井前后液面位置情况的准确掌握;精确声速积分法开创了油井液面测量的新思路,具有精度高、应用范围广的特点。In view of the interference of various noise waves, the reflected acoustic signal is often submerged in the measured data, resulting in the situation of illegibility or non-illegibility. On the basis of the existing echo-meter, add small air compressor, gas analyzer, automatic replenishing device and other equipment, improve the test technology and instrument, and develop a set of dynamic fluid level test technology and test method suitable for low casing pressure production Wells;The equipment uses automatic recognition technology of liquid level wave to recognize liquid level and calculate liquid level depth, which solves the problem that the existing technology cannot continu-ously monitor the underground moving liquid level. The results show that the low casing dynamic fluid level testing technology can fill the gap that the fluid level change data in the workover opera-tion of Shengli Oilfield cannot be obtained at present, and realize the accurate grasp of the fluid lev-el position before and after workover. The precise sound velocity integral method has created a new idea for the measurement of oil well liquid level. It has the characteristics of high precision and wide application.
