摘  要:近年来,随着储气库、风险勘探、盐下井等特殊重点井的增多,给钻井技术提出了更高要求,同时由于其井眼尺寸大,MWD仪器的服务保障水平也迎来了更加艰难的挑战。MWD仪器作为钻井生产必不可少的测量工具之一,承担着钻井轨迹控制及地层参数测量的重要任务,在保证井身质量控制、井眼轨迹调整以及储层钻遇率等具体施工中发挥着重要作用。大尺寸井眼排量大、震动剧烈,对MWD仪器冲蚀、震动损坏较大,不仅增加了仪器使用费用,还对钻井生产时效造成巨大的损耗,影响了整体效率。本文针对辖区内Ф241.3 mm及以上井眼MWD仪器使用情况,分析统计故障与失效,剖析原因,制定适用于大尺寸井眼的MWD仪器保障措施,进一步控降MWD仪器故障率、失效率,为大尺寸井眼的特殊井、重点井顺利实施提供测量工具保障。In recent years, with the increase of special key wells such as gas storage, risk exploration, and salting wells, higher requirements have been put forward for drilling technology, and the service guarantee level of MWD instruments has ushered in more difficult challenges due to its large bore-hole size. As one of the indispensable measurement tools for drilling production, MWD instrument undertakes the important task of drilling trajectory control and formation parameter measure-ment, and plays an important role in ensuring the quality control of the wellbore, the adjustment of the wellbore trajectory and the drilling rate of the reservoir. The large-size borehole has large dis-placement and severe vibration, which not only increases the cost of instrument use, but also causes huge losses to the drilling and production timeliness, affecting the overall efficiency. According to the use of wellbore MWD instruments of Ф241.3 mm and above in the jurisdiction, this paper ana-lyzes the statistical faults and failures, analyzes the causes, formulates the safeguard measures for MWD instruments suitable for large-size boreholes, further controls the failure rate and failure rate of MWD instruments, and provides measurement tools for the smooth implementation of special wells and key wells of large-size boreholes.
