摘 要:本文通过对立式五轴加工中心立柱初始设计进行静力分析和模态分析后,基于计算得到的立柱的应力和变形和固有频率情况,提出了结构设计优化方案,相比初始设计结构,新结构立柱变形量减小13.1 μm,下降27%,且固有频率变化不明显,保证稳定性和抗弯刚性要求的同时,对指导后续立柱设计优化提供参考。In this paper, static analysis and modal analysis are carried out on the initial design of the column of the vertical five-axis machining center. Based on the calculated stress, deformation and natural frequency of the column, an optimal structural design is proposed. Compared with the initial design structure, the deformation of the column of the new structure is reduced by 13.1 μm, and down 27%, and the natural frequency is not significantly is not obvious. While ensuring the stability and extramural rigidity requirements, it also provides reference for guiding the subsequent column design optimization.
