新认知语用视角下网络交际中冲突话语的研究

摘  要:网络交际已经成为了我们日常生活中最重要的一个组成部分,人们在网络交际中容易产生冲突的现象也引起了语言学家们的广泛关注。网络交际中的冲突话语并不单单是一种语言现象,它还受到社会和认知因素的影响。近年来,针对冲突话语的研究引起了语言学家们的广泛关注,然而却少有人关注有关冲突话语的生成动因。且大部分有关冲突话语的研究都是涉及文学作品或影视作品当中的冲突话语,少有涉及到现实生活中真实的冲突话语语料。本文通过对网络社交平台上冲突话语的分析,从新认知语用中的认知模型和认知视角两个方面探讨网络交际中冲突话语的生成动因以及语用功能。通过对网络交际中随机选取的冲突话语片段进行分析,结合新认知语用学中的认知模型和认知视角,发现其可以很好地解释冲突话语的生成动因。交际双方由于彼此在交际过程中所持有的认知模型和选取的认知视角不同,从而造成冲突话语的生成。结合新认知语用学,发现网络交际中所发生的冲突话语存在着维护身份形象和发泄负面情绪两大语用功能。Cyber communication has become one of the most important parts of our daily lives, and the phe-nomenon that people are prone to conflict in cyber communication has also attracted the attention of linguists. Conflict talk in cyber communication is not only a linguistic phenomenon, but also in-fluenced by social and cognitive factors. In recent years, the study of conflict talk has attracted much attention from linguists. However, few linguists have paid attention to the motivation of conflict talk. Most of the studies on conflict talk are related to conflict talk in literary works or film and television works, and few of them are related to real conflict talk in real life. Based on the analysis of conflict talk on the social network platform, this paper discusses the motivation and pragmatic function of conflict talk in network communication from two aspects of cognitive model and cognitive perspec-tive in Neo-Cognitive Pragmatics. Through the analysis of randomly selected conflict talk fragments in cyber communication, combined with the cognitive model and cognitive perspective of Neo-Cognitive Pragmatics, it is found that it can explain the motivation of conflict talk generation. Based on the different cognitive models and cognitive perspectives held by the communicators in the process of communication, the conflict talk is produced. With the Neo-Cognitive Pragmatics, it is found that conflict talk in cyber communication has two pragmatic functions: maintaining identity and venting negative emotions.
