博物馆语言服务和语言景观建构研究——以中国园林博物馆为例

摘　　要：“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念强调尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然,秉持以生态优先、绿色发展为本的原则。本研究通过实地调研和数据分析,对中国园林博物馆的语言景观及语言服务现状进行了评估,并提出了改进策略,以构建博物馆文化国际传播范式。研究发现,中国园林博物馆在语言景观翻译准确性和语言服务完整性方面存在一些挑战。本研究尝试提出提升园林博物馆语言服务能力的途径,以协助博物馆提升其文化展现力、审美吸引力和游客体验感。The development concept of “clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains” emphasizes respect for nature, compliance with nature, protecting nature, and upholding the principle of ecological priority and green development. Through on-site surveys and data analysis, this study comprehensively assesses the current state of the linguistic landscape and language service at The Museum of Chinese Gardens and Landscape Architecture, aiming to propose improvement strategies to establish a paradigm of museum culture international communication. The research found that there are several challenges faced by The Museum of Chinese Gardens and Landscape Architecture in the translation accuracy of linguistic landscape and the quality of language service. This study attempts to propose solutions to enhance language service capacity of museums to assist museums in improving their cultural presentation, aesthetic appeal and visitor experience.
