摘　　要：本文探讨了舟山方言的发展现状及其面临的挑战,分析和提出了舟山方言的保护策略。文章首先概述了舟山方言的历史背景和现状,随后引入了语言规划的概念,并通过库普尔“八问方案”的理论框架,分析了舟山方言保护的实施者、目标行为、目标人群、预期目的、实施条件、采用方式、决策过程和预期效果。文章指出,为了有效保护和传承舟山方言,需要政府、学术界、民间组织和广大群众的共同努力。最后,文章强调了对方言本体研究的重要性,并提出了未来研究的方向,以期舟山方言能够得到更广泛的关注和有效的保护措施。This paper explores the current state and challenges faced by the Zhoushan dialect, employing the theoretical framework of Cooper’s “Eight-Question Scheme” to analyze strategies for the protection of the dialect. The article begins with an overview of the Zhoushan dialect, then introduces the concept of language planning and the Cooper’s “Eight-Question Scheme”. The paper also points out that effective protection and inheritance of the dialect require the joint efforts of the government, academia, grassroots organizations, and the general public. Finally, the article emphasizes the importance of research on the dialect itself and proposes directions for future research, in the hope that the Zhoushan dialect can receive broader attention and effective protective measures.
