摘  要:在新时代全球化背景下,随着我国经济水平的逐渐提升,国际化交流活动越来越多,对专业化和职业化的口译人才的需求越来越大。为此要对传统的培养模式进行优化和改善,以项目驱动为原则,采用情景化教学模式,科学设置教学内容,深化校企合作力度,创新半职业化培养模式,实现高校口译人才培养和市场职业需求的全面对接。探索新型口译人才培养路径,以达到英专生零距离就业。Under the background of globalization in the new era, with the gradual improvement of China’s economic level, there are more and more international communication activities, and the demand for professional and vocational interpretation talents is growing. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize and improve the traditional training mode. It is important to take project-driven as the principle, adopt contextual teaching mode, set up teaching content scientifically, deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, innovate semi-professional training mode, and realize the full docking between the training for university interpreting talents and the market’s vocational needs. Explore new ways of cultivating interpretation talents to achieve zero-distance employment of English majors.
