摘　　要：本文从语言学的角度出发,深入分析了信息化时代网络语言生活的特征及其对社会发展和国家文化软实力的深刻影响。在这一时代背景下,网络语言以其词汇的创新、语义的演变和修辞的多样性,展现出了引人注目的新趋势,尤其是新词新语的喷涌而出和新颖语体风格的迅速流行,这些都在词汇学、语义学和修辞学等领域提供了丰富的研究素材。网络语言的蓬勃发展,不仅满足了人们的表达需求、促进了社会交往、加强了文化融合,还激发了语言的创新与发展,为社会进步带来了积极动力。然而,网络语言的双刃剑效应也不容忽视,它对传统语言规范构成了挑战、对价值观产生了冲击、引发了语言失范问题,并可能助长网络暴力。因此,制定和实施有效的网络语言引导和规范策略显得尤为关键。这些策略对于增强国家文化软实力至关重要,它们不仅有助于塑造积极的国民形象、促进国际文化交流、维护国家文化安全,还能提升国家文化的国际传播能力,为国家的长远发展提供精神动力和文化支撑。This article, from a linguistic perspective, conducts an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of online language life in the information age and its profound impact on social development and national cultural soft power. Against the backdrop of this era, online language has demonstrated striking new trends in vocabulary innovation, semantic evolution, and rhetorical diversity, particularly in the explosive emergence of neologisms and the rapid popularity of novel stylistic expressions, providing a wealth of research material in the fields of lexicology, semantics, and rhetoric.
