摘 要:本研究旨在借助生态翻译学,推动贵州蜡染外宣,助力其“走出去”。通过调研贵州蜡染英译现状,发现其中存在诸多问题。基于此,从语言、文化、交际三个维度展开研究,运用增、减、编、述、缩、并和改等多种翻译技巧,深入剖析外宣翻译译文中的问题。研究成果表明,在语言维,需注重词汇、修辞及句法结构的转换;文化维,要把握“异化”与“归化”的平衡;交际维,确保译文体现原文交际意图。最终得出结论,采用“翻译 + 解释”策略,能实现跨文化交际的适应性转化,有效促进贵州蜡染文化的对外传播。This study aims to enhance the outreach of Guizhou batik and facilitate its overseas publicity under the guidance of eco-translatology. By examining the current situation of English translations of Guizhou batik, several issues have been identified. Consequently, the study is conducted from three dimensions: language, culture, and communication, employing various translation techniques such as addition, subtraction, editing, description, reduction, merging, and modification to conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems in the translation of promotional materials. The findings are as follows: in the linguistic dimension, it’s crucial to focus on the transformation of vocabulary, rhetoric, and syntactic structure;in the cultural dimension, it is essential to strike a balance between “alienation” and “naturalization”;and in the communication dimension, the translation must accurately reflect the communicative intent of the original text. Ultimately, it is concluded that the “translation + interpretation” strategy can facilitate the adaptive transformation of cross-cultural communication, thereby promoting the dissemination of Guizhou batik culture.
