摘　　要：随着我们国家经济的腾飞及“一带一路”发展战略的提出,城市公共外交在经济发展中的作用和地位也越来越重要。本文首先分析“一带一路”战略下的城市公共外交重要性,接着以泉州市为例阐述了“一带一路”下的城市公共外交的发展现状及问题,然后探讨促进中国城市公共外交发展的措施。With the rapid development of our country’s economic and the proposal of “The Belt and Road” development strategy, the role and status of urban public diplomacy in economic development are becoming more and more important. This paper first analyzes the importance of urban public di-plomacy under the strategy of “The Belt and Road”, then takes Quanzhou as an example to illustrate the development status and problems of urban public diplomacy under this strategy, and finally discusses the measures to promote the development of urban public diplomacy in China.
