摘 要:前瞻性人格是指以变革为导向、具有坚韧性,在工作中主动采取行为影响外部环境的人格特质。本文采用文献资料法,从前瞻性人格的概念界定及特征、测量和作用结果三个方面对国内外的主要研究成果进行了系统的梳理和评析。未来研究应继续完善前瞻性人格的概念、开发更加符合时代特征与本土化研究的测量工具、探究如何激活这一人格特质、增强其实施效果,以推动前瞻性人格理论研究与实际应用发展。The proactive personality is a kind of personality which is change-oriented, has the tenacity and takes the initiative in the work to influence the external environment. By using the method of Lit-erature Review, this paper makes a systematical analysis of the main research results at home and abroad from three aspects: The definition of proactive personality and its characteristics, meas-urement and functional results. Future research should continue to improve the concept of proac-tive personality, develop more in line with the characteristics of the times and localization of re-search measurement tools, explore how to activate this personality trait, enhance its implementa-tion effect, to promote the development of proactive personality theory research and practical ap-plication.
