摘　　要：本文利用面板数据优秀的功能对中国1995年至2019年31个地区12个细分行业的职工人均工资和地区财政收入建立动态面板协整模型,并运用弹性系数对职工工资和地区财政收入增长速度进行比较。This paper applies the advantages of the panel-data, and then adopts the data about the workers’ average wages of the 31 regions and 12 sub-divided industries and the Regional Financial Income in China from 1995 to 2019 to establish a dynamic panel-data co-integration model. From a com-parison of the differences of the coefficient of elasticity, it is concluded that the pace of the growth of the workers’ average wages is lower than that of the region capital incomes.
