摘　　要：为了解我国城市住宅小区的治理状态对房价的影响,以相关部门公示的维修资金申请审批信息为对象,基于随机实地实验的方法对背景小区进行考察,选取维修资金申请次数来表征治理状态,分为对照组与实验组定量研究并实证分析,探索并发现了治理状态对房价的积极影响。In order to figure out the influence of the governance status on housing prices of urban residential communities in China, we targeted at application of the special maintenance funds for dwellings approval by relevant departments and the background community was investigated based on random field experiments. The number of special maintenance funds for dwellings applications was selected to characterize the governance status. Quantitative research and empirical analysis for the control group and the experimental group, we explored and discovered the positive influence of governance status on housing prices.
