摘　　要：近年来随着电网建设的快速扩张,对电力物资供应链提出更高的管理要求。本文对电力企业物资供应链管理进行研究,指出当前电力企业物资供应链管理过程中出现的问题,并总结相应的解决措施,期望能够推动电力企业物资供应链管理更加完善,提高电力企业的经济效益,促进我国经济的快速发展。In recent years, with the rapid expansion of power grid construction, higher management requirements have been put forward for the power supply chain. This paper studies the material supply chain management of electric power enterprises, points out the problems in the current material supply chain management process of electric power enterprises, and summarizes the corresponding solutions, hoping to promote the improvement of the material supply chain management of electric power enterprises, improve the economic benefits of electric power enterprises, and promote the rapid development of China’s economy.
