摘 要:随着服务产业的快速发展,服务的价值创造与价值增值功能受到学界关注,服务价值链理论应时而生,相关理论探索与实践应用研究逐渐展开。经过文献梳理分析后发现:一是服务价值链的研究视域从企业逐步延展到行业乃至全球,基于企业、行业乃至全球服务贸易的服务价值链概念与模型相继问世,指导企业的经营管理、不同行业价值链的优化延伸、多产业协同发展以及不同经济体在全球服务贸易中的地位提升。二是现有研究也存在着理论认知偏差、内部价值向外部价值转换以及跨行业乃至全球视域的服务价值链研究不够充分等问题。因此,未来需要进一步厘清服务利润链和服务价值链的关系,深入探索内部价值转换为外部价值的实现路径,全面推进跨行业和全球视域的服务价值链研究。With the rapid development of the service industry, the function of value creation and increment of service has attracted the attention of scholars, and the service value chain theory has been born, then, the related theoretical exploration and practical application research has been carried out step by step. After sorting and analyzing the literature, it is found the following findings. First, the research scope of service value chain has gradually expanded from enterprises to industries and then to the world. Service value chain concepts and models based on enterprises, industries and even global service trade have emerged one after another, guiding the operation and management of enterprises, the optimization of value chains in different industries, the coordinated development of multiple industries and the promotion of the status of different economies in global service trade. Second, the existing research has some problems, such as theoretical cognitive bias, insufficient conversion from internal value to external value, and insufficient research on cross-industry and even global service value chain.
