摘 要:本文针对现有的人工加工单向节流阀需不断重复相同的动作,导致操作人员劳动强度大、生产效率低、产品质量不稳定等问题,设计一种单向节流阀自动化生产设备。为保证设备加工质量,采用abaqus仿真软件针对铜管的缩口工艺进行了仿真模拟,建立了缩口模具速度分别为50 mm/s、150 mm/s、450 mm/s各一组进行仿真;同时对缩口过程中铜管所受的应力与压力进行研究。结果表明:在缩口过程中铜管所受应力主要集中在S22与S33方向上;铜管所受的最大压力约为2000 N;缩口模具速度越大其对铜管的冲击也越大。该研究为保证单向节流阀生产质量提升提供了强有力的保障,具有较好的社会效益与经济效益。The existing manual processing of one-way throttle valve needs to repeat the same action continuously, which leads to high labor intensity of operators, low production efficiency, and unstable product quality. In view of these problems, automatic production equipment for a one-way throttle valve is designed. In order to ensure the processing quality of the equipment, the abaqus simulation software was used to simulate the shrinking process of the copper tube, and the speed of the shrinking die was established to simulate a group of 50 mm/s, 150 mm/s, and 450 mm/s. The stress and pressure on the copper tube during the process are studied. The results show that the stress on the copper tube is mainly concentrated in the direction of S22 and S33 during the shrinking process;the maximum pressure on the copper tube is about 2000 N;the greater the speed of the shrinking die, the greater the impact on the copper tube. This research provides a strong guarantee for the improvement of the production quality of the one-way throttle valve, and has good social and economic benefits.
