摘 要:以某个纯电动客车车架参数为基础,构建出氢燃料电池客车车架的基本模型,在UG三维建模软件中建立车架的基本模型,将车架模型STP文件格式导入HYPERMESH中,并进行划分网格,几何清理等处理;紧接着对氢燃料电池客车车架模型先进行静强度分析,得出车架在四种典型工况下的应力分布情况以及位移量大小,确保给出设计在理论上符合设计要求;其次对氢燃料电池客车车架进行模态分析,确保其刚度和强度符合设计要求,避免外界干扰频率接近客车车架固有频率,造成共振现象。本文通过对氢燃料电池客车车架的分析,可判断此设计是否合理,是否理论上符合设计要求,进而为后续车架的优化以及轻量化设计提供参考。Based on the parameters of the frame of a pure electric bus, the basic model of the hydrogen fuel cell bus frame is drawn, and the three-dimensional model of the frame is established in the UG three-dimensional modeling software. The frame model is imported into Hypermesh in stp file for-mat for meshing and geometric cleaning. Then, the static analysis of the hydrogen fuel cell bus frame model is carried out, and the stress distribution and displacement of the frame under four typical working conditions are obtained to ensure that the design meets the design requirements in theory. Secondly, the modal analysis of the hydrogen fuel cell bus frame is carried out to ensure that its stiffness and strength meet the design requirements to avoid external interference frequency close to the natural frequency of the bus frame, resulting in resonance. In this paper, through the analysis of the hydrogen fuel cell bus frame, we can judge whether the design is reasonable and whether it meets the design requirements in theory, so as to provide reference for the follow-up frame optimization and lightweight design.
