摘  要:针对循环流化床锅炉在实际运行过程中存在的流动不均匀和炉膛中心氧气供应不足的问题。本文对某240 t/h循环流化床锅炉进行了数值模拟分析,分析不同二次风入射角度对内部流动和燃烧特性的影响,结果表明:二次风角度α过小时,纵向穿透深度小,不利于密相区的气固混合;二次风角度α过大时,横向穿透深度小,不能及时的为炉膛中部的燃烧供氧。二次风角度为α = 30˚ (工况三)时,床料和温度场分布较均匀。Aiming at the problems of uneven flow and insufficient oxygen supply in the center of the furnace in the actual operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler. In this paper, a 240 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler has been numerically simulated, and the influence of different secondary air inclination angles on the internal flow and combustion characteristics were analyzed. The results show that the small secondary air angle α resulted in a small vertical penetration depth, which is not conducive to the gas-solid mixing in the dense phase zone;when the secondary air angle α is too large, the hori-zontal penetration depth is small, and the combustion in the middle of the furnace cannot be sup-plied with enough oxygen in time. When the secondary air angle α is 30˚ (Condition III), the bed material and temperature distributions are even.
