摘 要:帘子线直捻机采用主动式送纱装置会引起气圈的不稳定。针对该问题,基于气圈理论提出了帘子线直捻机纱线气圈稳态控制方法。该方法对帘子线直捻机纱线气圈进行运动学分析,在MATLAB建立了气圈的运动学模型,通过数值模拟对比气圈不同部位半径波动情况。以此为基础,设置红外传感器检测气圈半径,霍尔传感器检测实时锭速,两个检测值组合成控制参数,与预设值进行对比后,采用传统PID控制器对送纱电机的转速进行闭环控制,实时调节气圈的形态。仿真结果表明,相同气圈形态时,气圈半径波动最大的位置不受纱线捻度、纱线密度和锭子转速的影响,具有良好的适用性。实验结果表明,不同纱线捻度、纱线密度和锭子转速情况下,该控制方法调节时间短,气圈形态稳定,误差区间在−3%~6%,即验证了该方法具有良好的控制效果和可行性。The active yarn feeding device used in the direct cabling corder will cause the instability of the bal-loon. In order to solve this problem, a steady-state control method for the balloon of direct cabling corder was proposed based on balloon theory. In this method, the kinematic analysis of the balloon in the cord twister was carried out, and then the kinematic model of the balloon was established in MATLAB. The change of radius of different parts of balloon during twisting was compared by nu-merical simulation. Based on this, the infrared sensor was set to detect the balloon radius, and the Hall sensor was set to detect the real-time ingot speed. The two detection values were combined in-to control parameters, and compared with the preset values, the traditional PID controller was used for closed-loop control of the speed of the yarn feeding motor, adjusted the balloon shape in real time. The simulation results show that the twist of yarn, yarn density and spindle speed have no ef-fect on the position with the largest fluctuation of the balloon when the balloon shape is the same. It means that the method has good applicability. The experimental results show that under different yarn twist, yarn density and spindle speed, the adjustment time of this control method is short, the balloon shape is stable, and the error range is −3%~6%. So this method good control effect and fea-sibility.
