摘  要:近年来,随着城市规划的不断完善,高层建筑逐渐成为了现代社会的主要生活场所。电梯的使用已经成为高层建筑不可或缺的辅助设施,而电梯的安全性也成为了社会所关注的重点。针对当前已有电梯缓冲器存在的各种问题及安全隐患,设计了一种基于涡流场的客用电梯缓冲结构。该装置基于永磁涡流制动技术(PM-ECB)和同性磁极相互排斥原理,可以解决现有弹簧缓冲器的性能差,存在风险、液压缓冲器的漏油且其尺寸受高度影响和聚氨酯缓冲器老化不可避免等问题。首先利用Magnet磁场分析软件分析该磁场强度下的缓冲装置是否能承受轿厢重量;然后,采用正交试验方法设计比对不同排列布置方案下磁场力的大小,确定最合适的磁块选择和排列方案。In recent years, with the continuous improvement of urban planning, high-rise buildings have gradually become the main living place in modern society. The use of elevator has become an in-dispensable auxiliary facility in high-rise buildings, and the safety of elevator has also become the focus of social concern. A passenger elevator buffer structure based on eddy current field is de-signed to solve various problems and safety hazards of the existing elevator buffers. Based on PM-ECB technology and the principle of mutual repulsion of the same magnetic poles, the device can solve the problems such as poor performance of the existing spring buffer, existing risks, oil leakage of the hydraulic buffer and its size affected by height, and the aging of the polyurethane buffer is inevitable. The magnetic field analysis software Magnet is used to analyze whether the buffer device can bear the weight of the car under the magnetic field intensity. Then, the magnitude of the mag-netic field force under different arrangement schemes was compared.
