摘 要:本文针对现有空调系统中常用的单向阀结构比较复杂、制造成本较高以及使用寿命不长等问题,设计一种空调器用浮子式单向阀。本次研究首先通过三维建模软件solidworks建立了浮子式单向阀的三维模型,再利用Abaqus有限元分析软件对浮子式单向阀进行静力分析和模态分析。有限元仿真结果表明:浮子式单向阀在导通、密封两种工况下,最大变形处位于阀芯的头部区域,最大变形量为5.22 × 10−6 mm,最大应力处位于挡圈与阀芯棱部接触的区域,最大应力值为1.692 × 10−2 Mpa,浮子式单向阀结构的前六阶固有频率都高于空调系统运行的共振频率,从而验证了单向阀在强度、刚度以及共振方面均符合工程设计的要求,为后续浮子式单向阀的进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。This paper designs a float check valve for air conditioner, aiming at the problems of complex struc-ture, high manufacturing cost and short service life of the common check valve in the existing air conditioning system. In this study, the three-dimensional model of float checkvalve is established through solidworks, and the static analysis and modal analysis of float check valve are carried out by Abaqus finite element analysis software. The finite element simulation results show that: float check valve under two working conditions of conduction and sealing, the maximum deformation is 5.22 × 10−6 mm at the head area of the spool, and the maximum stress is located at the area where the reece and the spool edge contact, and the maximum stress is 1.692 × 10−2 Mpa. The first six natural frequencies of the float check valve structure are higher than the resonant frequencies of the air conditioning system, which verifies that the check valve meets the engineering design re-quirements in terms of strength, stiffness and resonance, and provides a theoretical basis for the further optimization design of the float check valve.
