摘  要:为了改善塑料微压容器在吹塑成型过程中存在的壁厚均匀度较差的问题,使用POLYFLOW软件对某一型号塑料微压容器进行数值模拟。通过设计响应面实验研究芯棒拉伸速度、预吹压力、高吹压力对塑料微压容器吹塑成型的影响规律,用制件壁厚方差即壁厚均匀度来作为衡量标准,达到优化吹塑制件壁厚均匀度的目的。结果表明在芯棒拉伸速度为1.28 m/s,预吹压力为0.79 MPa,高吹压力为3.9 MPa时,塑料微压容器壁厚分布较为均匀。通过研究对塑料微压容器的实际生产提供一定的参考。In order to improve the poor wall thickness uniformity of plastic micro-pressure containers in the blow molding process, POLYFLOW software is used to perform numerical simulation of a certain type of plastic micro-pressure container. Through the design response surface experiment, the in-fluence of mandrel tensile speed, pre-blowing pressure and high blowing pressure on the blow molding of plastic micro-pressure containers is studied, and the variance of wall thickness of the parts is used as the measurement standard to achieve the purpose of optimizing the uniformity of the wall thickness of the blow molded parts. The results show that when the mandrel tensile speed is 1.28 m/s, the pre-blowing pressure is 0.79 MPa, and the high blowing pressure is 3.9 MPa, the wall thickness distribution of plastic micro-pressure container is relatively uniform. Through re-search, the actual production of plastic micro-pressure containers is provided with a certain refer-ence.
