摘  要:针对高速水稻钵苗移栽机的工作状态下的振动问题,本文以钵苗移栽机实验平台作为研究对象,分析其栽插结构的运动方式和工作原理,并利用Solidworks对其关键部件齿轮箱进行三维建模,导入ANSYS Workbench求解固有频率与振型,并通过试验模态验证结算结果的准确性,为移栽机减震降噪优化提供了前提条件,进而运用ANSYS优化设计模块对齿轮箱的结构参数进行优化设计,将优化后的齿轮箱装配于试验平台进行整机振动试验,结果证明了齿轮箱模态分析及结构优化的有效性,同时也验证了试验平台的可行性及有效性。对高速水稻钵苗移栽装置振动特性进行研究,找出振动源,实现降振优化以及消弭共振现象,对提升移栽装置性能及保证操作人员高效工作都有重要的意义。Aiming at the vibration problem of high-speed rice pot seedling transplanting machine under-working condition, this paper takes the experimental platform of pot seedling transplanting ma-chine as the research object, analyzes the movement mode and working principle of its transplant-ing structure, and uses Solidworks to carry out three-dimensional modeling of its key component gearbox. The natural frequency and vibration mode are solved by ANSYS Workbench, and the ac-curacy of the settlement result is verified by experimental mode, which provides a prerequisite for the optimization of vibration reduction and noise reduction of transplanting machine. Then, the structural parameters of gearbox are optimized by ANSYS optimization design module. The opti-mized gearbox is assembled on the test platform for the whole machine vibration test. The results prove the effectiveness of the gearbox modal analysis and structural optimization, and also verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the test platform. Studying the vibration characteristics of high-speed rice pot seedling transplanting device, finding out the vibration source, realizing the op-timization of vibration reduction and eliminating the resonance phenomenon are of great signifi-cance for improving the performance of transplanting device and ensuring the efficient work of op-erators.
