摘  要:阴道扩张器作为阴道镜检查的必备辅助器械。根据临床反馈,患者在使用传统阴道扩张器检查中存在不适甚至损伤的问题。本研究设计一种柔性阴道扩张器结构,对其关键部件柔性管套建立医用天然橡胶、硅橡胶和聚氨酯橡胶的材料模型,通过流固耦合实验模拟管套膨胀扩张过程以及对阴道壁的压力进行数值计算,并对仿真实验结果进行实际管套膨胀扩张验证实验,从而对柔性管套进行材料优化。仿真实验结果表明,医用硅橡胶材料的柔性管套表现出较好的应力应变性能,对模拟阴道壁产生的压力较小;验证实验结果表明,医用硅橡胶材料的柔性管套对阴道壁的压力均匀,压力数值与仿真实验结果基本一致。因此医用硅橡胶为最适合本研究柔性管套的材料,本研究设计是安全有效的。Vaginal speculum is an essential auxiliary device for colposcopy. According to clinical feedback, pa-tients feel discomfort or even injury during the use of traditional vaginal speculum. In this article, a flexible vaginal speculum structure was designed, and the material models of medical natural rub-ber, silicone rubber and polyurethane rubber were established for the key component flexible sleeve. Through the fluid-solid coupling experiment to simulate the expansion and dilatation pro-cess of the sleeve and the pressure on the vaginal wall, numerical calculations were performed, and the results of the simulation experiment were verified by the actual sleeve expansion and dilatation experiments, to optimize the materials of the flexible tube sleeve. The results of the simulation ex-periments show that the flexible tube sleeve made of silicone rubber shows better stress-strain performance and produces less pressure on the simulated vaginal wall;the results of the validation experiments show that the pressure of the flexible tube sleeve made of silicone rubber on the vagi-nal wall is uniform, and the pressure value is basically the same as that in the simulation experi-ments. Therefore silicone rubber is the most suitable material for this study and the design of this study is safe and effective.
