摘  要:传统制造业焊接夹具设计过程存在设计周期长、重复性工作量大、复用率低等问题。焊装作为车身四大工艺的重要一环,焊装夹具的设计水平直接关系到白车身的焊接质量,以市场和客户需求为导向,提高企业焊装夹具设计效率,基于CATIA二次开发技术,基于.NETFramework架构的Windows窗体开发,提出了白车身焊装夹具系统的参数化设计研究,本系统采用三层架构,分为“表示层”、“业务逻辑层”和“数据访问层”,本文主要介绍“业务逻辑层”中夹具参数化设计的应用,并以系统实现案例验证其可行性。Traditional manufacturing welding fixture design process has problems, such as long design cycle, repetitive workload, low reuse rate and other issues. Automotive welding as an important part of the four major processes of the body, welding fixture design level is directly related to the welding quality of the body-in-white;market and customer demand-oriented, to improve the efficiency of the enterprise welding fixture design, based on CATIA secondary development technology, based on the .NETFramework architecture of the Windows Forms development, the body-in-white welding fixture design system research is proposed. The system adopts a three-tier architecture, divided into a “representation layer”, “business logic layer” and “data access layer”. This paper mainly introduces the application of fixture parameterization design in the “business logic layer”, and verifies its feasibility with system implementation cases.
