摘 要:本文简要介绍了量子点的性质和应用,并概述了量子点的制备方法,分析了三种基本方法各自的优缺点及应用场景。其次简述了量子点团聚的原因,通过胶体化学的颗粒稳定机制对量子点的分散做出解释,并提出了量子点的分散方法。最后,概述了近些年应用较多量子点材料和一些新兴的量子点材料,阐述了量子点应用中遇到的问题,并对量子点的发展做出了展望。This paper briefly introduces the properties and applications of quantum dots and summarizes the preparation methods of quantum dots. We analyze the advantages and disadvantages of three basic methods and their application scenarios. Secondly, the reason for the agglomeration of quantum dots is briefly described. The dispersion of quantum dots is explained by the particle stabilization mechanism of colloidal chemistry, and the dispersion method of quantum dots is proposed. Finally, some emerging quantum dot materials in recent years are summarized, the problems encountered in the application of quantum dots are described, and the development prospect of quantum dots is also given.
