摘 要:采用物理气相沉积(PVD)技术方法成功制备出了MoSe2纳米薄膜和Ag/MoSe2复合薄膜。通过扫描电子显微镜和吸收光谱对两种薄膜样品的形状样貌进行了基础的勘探。对薄膜的紫外可见光吸收光谱进行研究,可分析出在复合薄膜中MoSe2和Ag部分对于复合薄膜的线性吸收均有贡献。开孔Z-scan技术测试表明制备的薄膜样品都具有饱和吸收特性。非线性吸收系数(β)计算结果显示Ag/MoSe2复合薄膜比MoSe2薄膜的非线性吸收系数高出一个数量级,表明Ag纳米粒子可更好地提高MoSe2薄膜的非线性吸收特性。MoSe2 nanofilms and Ag/MoSe2 composite films were successfully prepared by physical vapor deposition (PVD). The shape and morphology of the two thin film samples were in-vestigated fundamentally by scanning electron microscopy and absorption spectroscopy. By study-ing the UV-visible absorption spectrum of the film, it can be analyzed that both MoSe2 and Ag in the composite film contribute to the linear absorption of the composite film. The open-cell Z-scan technique test shows that the prepared film samples all have saturable absorption characteristics. The nonlinear absorption coefficient (β) calculation results show that the nonlinear absorption coeffi-cient of Ag/MoSe2 composite film is one order of magnitude higher than that of MoSe2 film, indicat-ing that Ag nanoparticles can better improve the nonlinear absorption characteristics of MoSe2 film.
