摘 要:本文介绍了物理交联聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶的制备方法。物理交联法在成型时无需引入交联剂,可保持材料的生物相容性,形成的水凝胶表面光滑且弹性较好,是PVA水凝胶较为理想的成型方法。但是,在交联过程中,高分子材料结晶易使水凝胶透明性变差,本文也介绍了目前常用的改善透明度的解决方法。最后,综述了近几年物理交联法制备的PVA水凝胶在生物医学领域的应用情况。In this paper, the preparation method of physically crosslinking polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) hydrogel was introduced. The physical crosslinking method can keep the biocompatibility of materials without introducing crosslinking agents. The hydrogel has a smooth surface and good elasticity, which is an ideal molding method for PVA hydrogel. However, due to the crystallization of polymer materials in the crosslinking process, the hydrogel becomes less transparent. The existing solutions to improve transparency were also introduced in this paper. Finally, recent applications of PVA hydrogel prepared by the physical crosslinking method in the biomedical field were reviewed.
