摘 要:本研究以有机废弃固废核桃壳和市政污泥为原料,通过水热炭化 + 化学改性的方法制备活性炭。通过单因素法考察制备过程中影响因素,得到最佳制备条件,并对该条件下的活性炭进行官能团分析。实验结果表明,活性炭最佳制备条件为:污泥与核桃壳混合比例为5:15、水热时间为2 h、水热温度为180℃、改性时间为60 min、改性温度为600℃、改性剂浓度为3.0 mol/L,该条件下制备出的活性炭对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附量达到15.47 mg/g。通过红外表征分析,发现活性炭表面存在有利于吸附的C-O和C=O结构。In this study, activated carbon was prepared by hydrothermal carbonization and chemical modification using organic waste solid walnut shells and municipal sludge as raw materials. The influencing factors in the preparation process were investigated by the single-factor method. The optimum preparation conditions were obtained, and the functional groups of activated carbon were analyzed under the conditions. The experimental results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of activated carbon were determined as: the mixing ratio of 5:15 (sludge: walnut shell), hydrothermal time of 2 hours, hydrothermal temperature of 180˚C, modification time of 60 min, modification temperature of 600˚C, modifier concentration of 3.0 mol/L, and the adsorption capacity of the prepared activated carbon for methylene blue dye reached 15.47 mg/g. By infrared characterization, it was found that there were C-O and C=O structures on the surface of activated carbon which were favorable for adsorption.
