气垫炉高温短时固溶工艺对7021铝合金带材组织与性能的影响

摘  要:通过力学性能测试、金相观察、SEM分析及EBSD分析,研究了气垫炉高温短时固溶工艺对7021铝合金带材显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:随固溶温度升高和保温时间增加,合金中未溶解相逐步溶入基体,长条纤维组织转化成蜂窝状组织,织构强度增大。经130℃× 13 h人工时效后,合金强度提高,470℃ × 18 m/min固溶工艺下合金强度最高。随固溶温度进一步提高,合金中纤维组织形成再结晶组织,织构强度和合金强度均下降,延伸率增大。7021铝合金带材气垫炉最优固溶工艺为固溶温度470℃,运行速度18 m/min。Base on mechanical properties tests, metallographic observation, SEM analysis and EBSD analysis, the influence of high temperature short-time solid solution treatment in air cushion furnace on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7021 aluminum alloy strip was studied. The results show that with the increase of solid solution temperature and soaking time, the undissolved phase of the alloy is gradually dissolved into the matrix, and the long fiber tissue was transformed into honeycomb tissue, and the strength of the texture was increased. After artificial aging at 130˚C for 13 h, the strength is improved. With the solid solution treatment at 470˚C and a velocity of 18 m/min, the strength of 7021 aluminum alloy strip reaches the maximum value. With the further increase of the solid solution temperature, the fiber tissue in the alloy forms the recrystallization tissue, the texture strength and the alloy strength both decrease, and the elongation rate increases. The optimal solid solution treatment of 7021 aluminum alloy strip in air cushion furnace is at 470˚C and a velocity of 18 m/min.
