摘 要:本文以添加0.09 wt% V含量的Al-Zn-Mg合金为对象,对比研究了添加V元素对Al-Zn-Mg合金的疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响。通过扫描电镜表征了疲劳裂纹扩展各个阶段的裂纹扩展路径。结果表明,添加0.09 wt% V含量的Al-Zn-Mg合金的疲劳裂纹扩展速率高于不添加V的Al-Zn-Mg合金。通过分析疲劳裂纹扩展路径的SEM结果发现,不添加V的疲劳裂纹扩展路径更加曲折。同时,在添加0.09 wt% V含量的Al-Zn-Mg合金中观察到了两种不同类型的含V相对裂纹扩展的影响,V含量高的第二相对疲劳裂纹扩展具有阻碍作用。V的添加加快了Al-Zn-Mg合金的疲劳裂纹扩展。In this paper, the effect of 0.09 wt% V addition on the fatigue crack propagation rate of Al-Zn-Mg alloys was comparatively investigated with Al-Zn-Mg alloys with V. The crack propagation paths at each stage were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the fatigue crack propagation rate of Al-Zn-Mg alloy with 0.09 wt% V addition is higher than that of Al-Zn-Mg alloy without V addition. By analyzing the SEM results of the fatigue crack propagation paths, it was found that the fatigue crack propagation paths in Al-Zn-Mg alloy without V addition were more tortuous. Meanwhile, the effect of two different types of V-containing phase on crack propagation was observed in Al-Zn-Mg alloys with the addition of 0.09 wt% V. The fatigue crack propagation was hindered by second phases with high V content. The addition of V accelerated the fatigue crack propagation in Al-Zn-Mg alloys.
