摘 要:为了获得性能稳定的环保型电刷镀液,本研究对甲磺酸亚锡及氯化亚锡两种体系的镀锡镀液稳定性及镀层性能等方面进行了系统分析。在探索出甲磺酸盐及氯化亚锡两种体系镀锡镀液最佳配方的基础上,采用电刷镀技术在打磨过的铜片上镀锡,并用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、动电位极化测量(TAFEL曲线)、电化学交流阻抗(EIS)对镀层进行表征。实验结果表明甲磺酸亚锡体系镀液更稳定,镀层表面比氯化亚锡体系更加平整细致,但镀层厚度及其耐腐蚀性能却不如氯化亚锡体系。同时稀土金属铈能使镀层表面光亮细致,并改变镀层耐腐蚀性能。In order to obtain environmentally friendly brush plating solution with stable performance, this article was a study for the stability of plating solution and property of the coating surface with stannous methyl sulfonate/stannous chloride system. The study of the best formula of plating solution of tin plating with stannous methyl sulfonate/stannous chloride was based on the brush- plating technology. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM), zeta potential polarization measurement (TAFEL curve), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of the coating were characterized. The experimental results showed that the plating solution of stannous methyl sulfonate system was more stable. The coating surface was more smooth and detailed than the stannous chloride system. The coating thickness and corrosion resistance were not as good as stannous chloride system. However, the rare earth metal cerium could make the coating surface brighter and finer. The coating corrosion resistance was changed.
