摘 要:研究从石油污染土壤中筛选获得1株能够高效降解多环芳烃菲的菌株。通过形态观察、生理生化特性及16S rRNA序列比对进行鉴定,该菌株属于寡养单胞菌属,命名为Stenotrophomonas pavanii JEX1。利用高效液相色谱法检测该菌株对菲的降解率,结果表明,培养15 d后,JEX1对菲降解率为78.09%。研究为多环芳烃的生物修复提供了新颖的菌株资源,对寡养单胞菌属细菌降解PAHs具有重要的参考意义。In this study, a strain with high PAHs degradation efficiency was isolated from the petroleum-contaminated soil. According to the results of morphological observation, physiological, biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis, the strain belonged to the Stenotrophomonas and was identified as Stenotrophomonas pavanii JEX1. The degradation rate of phenanthrene was detected by high-performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that after 15 days of culture, the degradation rates of phenanthrene JEX1 were 78.09%. This study provides important microbial resources for microbial remediation of PAHs pollution.
