摘  要:钛粉因其优异的热、光学性能,成为提升烟花燃烧效果的关键材料,本文浅析了烟花用钛粉的制备工艺和关键技术,探讨了钛粉的粒径、纯度和化学稳定性等因素对燃烧速度和光效的影响。在钛粉制备方面,气雾化法以其高效生产能力和粒径控制优势;随着环保要求的提高,低烟低毒钛粉的开发和智能化生产的引入,推动了钛粉制备工艺向环保、高性能方向发展,为烟花行业带来新的可持续发展机遇。Titanium powder has become an essential material for enhancing the combustion performance of fireworks due to its excellent thermal and optical properties. This article provides a brief analysis of the preparation process and key technologies for titanium powder in fireworks, examining the effects of factors such as particle size, purity, and chemical stability on combustion rate and luminosity. Among preparation methods, atomization stands out for its high production efficiency and precise particle size control. As environmental standards increase, the development of low-smoke, low-toxicity titanium powder and the integration of intelligent production technologies have advanced titanium powder preparation towards greater environmental friendliness and performance, offering new opportunities for sustainable growth in the fireworks industry.
