摘 要:本文以对苯二甲酸和二甲基咪唑为配体,采用简单的水热方法结合煅烧处理,制备了双配体Co-MOF,对它进行了XRD,TG,SEM,TEM等的表征,同时也对材料进行了详细的气敏测试,结果表明,双配体Co-MOF在200℃对100 ppm的三乙胺响应为7.4,且有着较短的响应恢复时间和较好的选择性,并解释了气敏机理。In this paper, terephthalic acid and dimethylimidazole were used as ligands, and a simple hydrothermal method combined with calcination treatment was used to prepare the double-ligand Co-MOF, which was characterized by XRD, TG, SEM, TEM, etc. At the same time, the materials were also tested for detailed gas sensitivity. The results showed that the double-ligand Co-MOF responded to 100 ppm of triethylamine at 200˚C for 7.4, and had a short response recovery time and good selectivity. The gas sensing mechanism was explained.
