摘 要:本文利用胶体化学法合成红光发射的油相CuInS2/ZnS核/壳量子点。利用3-巯基丙酸对油相CuInS2/ZnS核/壳量子点进行配体交换,实现从油相量子点到水相量子点的转换。将其与绿光发射的亲水性碳点复合,抑制碳点的固态聚集荧光猝灭,并通过引入碳点绿光发射,制备得到近白光发射的CuInS2/ZnS核/壳量子点与碳点的复合结构荧光粉,后利用傅里叶变换红外光谱和X射线光电子谱对其结构与组成进行了表征。并将近白光发射的复合结构荧光粉应用于制备LED照明器件,得到色坐标为(0.4146, 0.4101)的暖白光发射照明器件。Red-emitting oil-phase CuInS2/ZnS core/shell quantum dots are synthesized by colloidal chemistry. The oil-phase CuInS2/ZnS core/shell quantum dots are converted to water-phase quantum dots through ligand exchange with 3-mercaptopropionic acid. They are then combined with hydrophilic green-emitting carbon dots to suppress the solid-state aggregation quenching of carbon dots. By introducing the green emission of carbon dots, a near-white-emitting composite phosphor of CuInS2/ZnS core/shell quantum dots and carbon dots is prepared. The structure and composition of the phosphor are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The near-white-emitting composite phosphor is then applied to the fabrication of LED lighting devices, resulting in a warm white light-emitting device with a color coordinate of (0.4146, 0.4101).
