中国政府质量奖发展现状及其效益评价研究

摘　　要：近几年,中国各级政府通过推行政府质量奖,大大提升了制造型企业竞争力,为中国制造业全面提升起到了重要作用。文章着重研究政府质量奖对区域发展的贡献作用。提出构建政府质量奖贡献模型,从经济效益、社会效益和企业影响三个方面全面测算政府质量奖的效益,构建效益指标PID (Promotion ofInfluence Degree)定量测定政府质量奖所带来的区域发展效益。In recent years, Chinese governments at all levels have greatly promoted the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises through the implementation of the government quality award, which has played an important role in the overall improvement of Chinese manufacturing industry. The article focuses on the contribution of the government quality award to regional development. The article proposes to construct a government quality award contribution model, and comprehensively measures the benefits of the government quality award from three aspects of economic benefits, social benefits, and corporate influence, and builds a promotion effect measure (PID) to quantitatively measure the regional development benefits brought by the government quality award.
