摘 要:氢能作为新能源的优势显著,广受发达国家支持,我国氢能燃料电池汽车研发、产业化进程逐步加快,加氢站具有广阔的发展前景,但安全生产与人民群众生命财产安全息息相关,本论文通过搜索大量法律法规、标准规范,对加氢站选址时定量风险分析——如外部安全防护距离可参考依据的适用性进行分析,我国关于加氢站选址的定量风险分析依据尚待明确和完善。As a new energy source, hydrogen energy has significant advantages and is widely supported by developed countries. The development and industrialization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in our country is gradually accelerating. Hydrogen refueling stations have broad development prospects, but safe production is closely related to the safety of people’s lives and property. This paper analyzes the applicability of the quantitative risk analysis when selecting the location of the hydrogen refueling station—the external safety protection distance can refer to the basis. The basis for quantitative risk analysis of hydrogen refueling station site selection in my country has yet to be clarified and improved.
