加强应急管理常态化建设推动医院高质量发展的对策思考

摘　　要：在新时代新形势背景下,公立医院在全面推进健康中国战略中发挥了重要作用。随着人民群众卫生服务需求的不断提升,高质量发展已成为当前我国公立医院长久发展的唯一选择。其中,应急管理作为公立医院软实力的体现,其作用不容小觑,党的二十大报告中也多次提到加强应急能力建设。本文通过分析医院应急管理的现状,提出完善并建立应急管理常态化的对策研究,助力公立医院高质量发展,让患者得到安全优质的医疗保障与良好的就医体验。Under the background of the new era and new situation, public hospitals have played an important role in comprehensively promoting the strategy of healthy China. With the continuous improvement of people’s health service demand, high-quality development has become the only choice for the long-term development of public hospitals in China. Among them, emergency management as the embodiment of the soft power of public hospitals, its role can not be underestimated. The report of the Party’s 20th National Congress also mentioned repeatedly strengthening emergency response capacity building. Through analyzing the current situation of emergency management in public hospitals, this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the emergency management system, so as to facilitate the high-quality development of public hospitals and provide patients with safe and high-quality medical security and good medical experience.
