摘　　要：本文深入探讨了多数地方高校化学实验室在安全和管理方面所面临的挑战和问题。文章通过详细分析实验室使用者的安全意识、消防措施、通风系统、进出管理,以及实验室的信息化和智能化管理等多个方面,揭示了当前存在的问题。同时,文中也提出了一系列切实可行的改进方案,包括增强实验室使用者的安全教育,优化实验室的基础设施,探索实施分级管理,以及引入信息化和智能化的管理模式等,旨在提升实验室的安全性和效率。This article analyzes the major challenges and issues faced by chemistry laboratories in most local icolleges and universities in terms of safety and management. This article reveals the existing problems by analyzing the safety consciousness of laboratory users, fire safety measures, ventilation systems, access management and information and intelligent management of laboratories. At the same time, this article also puts forward a series of practical improvement plans, including strengthening the safety education of laboratory users, optimizing the infrastructure of the laboratory, exploring the implementation of hierarchical management, and introducing information and intelligent management modes, so as to improve the safety and efficiency of the laboratory.
