摘 要:本文通过硅烷水解缩合反应在玻璃基底表面形成了疏水无氟自清洁涂层。采用水滴角测试仪、红外光谱仪、模拟实验等对所形成的疏水自清洁涂层进行结构表征和性能测试。通过本实验方案所制备的疏水涂层达到了145.4˚的水接触角,其滑动角达到3.5˚,具有优异的自清洁性能,同时涂层能够在沙土冲击、高温以及腐蚀环境中保持良好的机械性能和稳定性,该涂层制备方法简单,具有较好的实用性能,应用前景广阔。In this paper, hydrophobic fluorine-free self-cleaning coatings wereformed on the surface of glass substrates by silane hydrolysis condensationreaction. The hydrophobic self-cleaning coatings formed were structurallycharacterized and performance tested using a water drop angle tester, infraredspectroscopy, and simulation experiments. The hydrophobic coating prepared bythis experimental scheme achieves a watercontact angle of 145.4˚, and its sliding angle reaches 3.5˚, which hasexcellent self-cleaning performance, while the coating can maintain goodmechanical properties and stability in sandy impact, high temperature andcorrosive environments. The coating is simple to prepare, has goodpractical performance and has promising applications.
