摘　　要：目的:探讨使用腕带标识在精神科安全护理中的应用及病人心理影响。方法:对我科2014年度精神科住院患者254例,使用手腕带标识,进行了手腕带管理,与2013年度住院患者未使用腕带标识的患者237例,护理不良事件与护理满意度比较。结果:2014年护理不良事件较2013年明显下降,护理满意度提高了16.7%。结论:腕带标识的使用,治疗时能正确识别患者的身份,规范护理行为,提高护士识别隐患,降低护理缺陷的频次,减少不良事件的发生,增加患者满意度。Objective: To investigate the application of wristband identification in psychiatric nursing and psychological effects of the patient with wristbands. Methods: To assess the adverse events and care satisfaction in nursing by comparing 254 hospitalized psychiatric patients with wristbands identification in 2014 and 237 inpatients without using wristbands in 2013. Results: Compared with last year, nursing adverse events decreased significantly and nursing satisfaction improved 16.7% in 2014. Conclusion: The application of wristband identification is very important to cor-rectly identify the patients, to regulate nursing behaviors, to decrease identify risks during treatment, to reduce the frequency of nursing defects, to avoid maximally adverse events, and to increase patients’ satisfaction.
