中医治疗脂溢性脱发的研究进展

摘　　要：目的:笔者通过搜索近五年的文献来总结中医在治疗脂溢性脱发上的方法。方法:在通过知网检索近7年来的相关文献,总结中医治疗脱发的辩证分型及治法。结果:脂溢性脱发的临床证型主要有,脾胃湿热型、肝肾不足型、血热生风型、血虚生风型、气滞血淤型。治疗手段主要有中药内服、中药外洗或涂擦、针灸治疗等。结论:通过对近五年的文献研究看来,中医以独到的辩证方法,及多样的治疗手段,在治疗脱发上取得很好的效果,值得推广。Objective: We summarized the methods of TCM in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia by searching for nearly five years of literature. Methods: We summarized the dialectical classification and treatment of TCM for hair loss with retrieving nearly 7 years of relevant literature in Hownet. Results: The clinical syndrome types of seborrheic hair loss are mainly spleen and stomach type, liver and kidney deficiency type, blood heat type, blood deficiency type, qi stagnation type. Treatments are mainly Chinese medicine internal medicine, Chinese medicine to wash or rub, acupuncture treatment, etc. Conclusion: Through the nearly five years of literature research, Chinese medicine has original dialectical method and a variety of treatments, and achieves a good effect in the treatment of hair loss. It is worthy of promoting.
