摘  要:目的:提升新入职护士的同理心,使其在服务理念上尽快成为一个合格护士。方法:在传统岗前培训模式基础上,增加住院48小时体验患者感受的项目,体验前后填写Jefferson同理心测量量表。结果:根据Jefferson同理心测量量表体验前后得分高低进行对照,从观点选择、情感选择、换位思考三个维度分析和讨论同理心的提升问题。结论:住院48小时的患者体验项目,能有效提高新入职护士的同理心,对新护士尽快改变服务理念与工作态度,提升患者满意度,做一个合格护士具有重要意义。Purpose: To promote the newly-recruited nurses’ sense of empathy and the development of outstanding nursing service in our hospital. Method: Our hospital carries out pre-employment training for newly-recruited nurses who will experience the feeling of being a patient for 48 hours. By carrying out such training program, the new comers can learn to stand in the shoes of patients. During the process, the nurses can also discover the problems in clinical nursing service so as to enhance their sense of empathy and to better meet the needs of the patients. Results: According to Jefferson’s Empathy Scale, the paper analyzes and discusses the clinical application of empathy in terms of view selecting, emotion selection and transposition consideration. Conclusion: Being a patient for 48 hours can effectively promote the sense of empathy of newly-recruited nurses and the patients’ degree of satisfaction, making a great contribution to the development of nursing service.
