摘　　要：着生活水平的不断提高,生活条件越来越好,不良的生活方式和饮食习惯使病态性肥胖的人数也在上升。本文就1例重度肥胖伴心功能不全的患者胃旁路术后的护理配合进行阐述,为减肥手术围手术期患者的护理提供参考依据。Withthe continuous improvement of living standards, living conditions aregetting better and better, and the number of morbid obesity is also rising dueto poor lifestyle and eating habits. In this paper, the nursing cooperation ofone patient with severe obesity and cardiac insufficiency after gastric bypasssurgery is expounded, which provides reference for the nursing of patientsduring the perioperative period of weight loss surgery.
