摘　　要：目的:探讨酒精湿敷在踝关节骨折患者早期皮下发红、局部皮温升高及瘀血的应用疗效观察。方法:选取175名踝关节骨折初期局部发红及瘀血患者,将其分为对照组52例,观察组123例,两组均给予常规治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用酒精湿敷,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组皮下发红、局部皮温升高和瘀血消退明显快于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P 【0.05)。结论:酒精湿敷对于早期踝关节骨折皮下发红及瘀血症状有明显效果,缩短了术前待手术时间,从而缩短了住院时间,值得推广应用。Objective: To investigate the effectof alcohol wet compress on early subcutaneous redness, local skin temperaturerise and congestion in patients with ankle fracture. Methods: 175 patients withlocal redness and congestion in the early stage of ankle fracture were selectedand divided into control group (n =52) and observation group (n = 123).Both groups were given routine treatment, while the control group was givenroutine nursing, and the observation group was treated with alcohol wetcompress on the basis of routine nursing.
