摘　　要：目的:探讨基于内关概念认知下的康复护理对冠心病伴广泛性焦虑症患者的影响。方法:从2018年5月到2020年5月时间段选取我院96例冠心病伴广泛性焦虑症患者作为研究对象,将其采用单双号抽签的方式分组实施研究,抽取单号及双号的患者分别纳入对照组与观察组,前者给予常规康复护理措施,后者基于内关概念认知下实施康复护理,对比两组患者的焦虑情绪改善情况、睡眠质量改善情况及心血管不良事件发生率。结果:干预前后两组患者HAMA及PSQI评分可见明显差异,均呈下降趋势。Objective: To explore the impact ofrehabilitation nursing based on the concept of Neiguan on patients withcoronary heart disease and generalized anxiety disorder. Methods: From May 2018to May 2020, 96 patients with coronary heart disease and generalized anxiety disorderin our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were dividedinto groups using odd and even numbers to conduct the study, and single anddouble numbers were selected. The patients were included in the control groupand the observation group. The former was given conventional rehabilitationcare measures, and the latter was implemented rehabilitation care based on theconcept of Neiguan. The improvement of anxiety, the improvement of sleepquality and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events of the two groupswere compared. Results: The HAMA and PSQI scores of the two groups of patientswere significantly different before and after the intervention, and both showeda downward trend, and the decline in the observation group was even greater (P
